Officer Christopher Seiler recently
received the Cornelius
Award from Arms Around Communities.
Officer Seiler was recognized for generously helping
others, being a loving husband and father,
and investing his time and love in
underprivileged children in the community.
Officer John Schmoyer recently
received the Cornelius
Award from Arms Around Communities at
a ceremony at DaySpring
Ministries. Officer Schmoyer
was recognized for his 21
years of military service, his work
as a crime prevention officer, Drug
Awareness and Resistance Education
program instructor,
New Beginnings Youth Program mentor,
conflict resolution negotiator,
and his countless volunteer hours.
Officer Alan Reinhart recently
received an award from
Dauphin County Juvenile Probation at
a ceremony on City Island.
Officer Reinhart was recognized for
the work he does
as a School Resource Officer
within the Steelton-Highspire School
District in support of Balanced
and Restorative Justice.
Officer Reinhart has personally
reduced the need for police response
to the schools and has
established beneficial relationships
with both school staff and students.
