Purchases were made at the WalMart, Harrisburg Mall and several convenience stores in Swatara Township. On September 28, 2007 at approximately 2:01 AM, Swatara Police were dispatched to the Wyndham Garden Hotel, 765 Eisenhower Boulevard for an armed robbery. Two black males entered the hotel, displayed handguns and demanded money from the front desk clerk. Both suspects were described as dark-skinned, approximately 6’6” tall and were dressed in black clothing. They fled with an undisclosed amount of cash in a yellow sedan of unknown make and model. Anyone who may have information about the robbery is asked to contact the Swatara Township Police Department at 564-2550.

On 18 July 2007 at about 7:25PM the male entered the Benihana of Tokyo in the 2500 block of Paxton Street and, after engaging an employee in brief conversation, attempted to remove the entire cash register from the counter. After being unsuccessful the suspect put the register back on the counter and flees in an unknown vehicle. Anyone who recognizes the suspect or has information about the incident is asked to contact Swatara Police at 564-2550 and ask for Detective Everett or Detective Sergeant Farling.

During the overnight hours of 7/30/07, two suspects gained entrance into one of the back hallways of the Harrisburg Mall. Once inside, they opened doors to Victoria's Secrets, the Limited and Bed, Bath and Beyond. A substantial amount of cash was taken from each of the stores. Swatara Twp PD are asking anyone who recognized the suspects from the video to contact them at 564-2550. All information will remain confidential.

The Swatara Police Department is investigating the theft of electronic equipment from the Target Store in the High Pointe Commons shopping center. On July 18 and 23, 2007, the pictured male entered the store, concealed several pieces of electronic equipment and left without paying for them. On one of the occasions the male was accompanied by a black female. Swatara is asking anyone who recognizes the suspects from the video to contact them at 564-2550. The individual is wanted for the unlawful restraint of and aggravated assault on a female acquaintance. The female was able to free herself and flee but was unable to retrieve her three month old child from the apartment. Cuthbertson then took the baby and left in the female victim's vehicle. The vehicle was found parked and running a short while later with only the child in the vehicle. Cuthbertson had fled the area on foot when he learned the police were called.
